Miley Cyrus fans are buzzing about a secret album released under a pseudonym on Spotify. The album, titled “Down With Me” and attributed to Clara Pierce, was discovered by fans who noticed the album’s release date coincided with Cyrus’ “Endless Summer Vacation” album. Listeners quickly pointed out the striking similarity between Clara Pierce’s vocals and Cyrus’ distinctive pipes. Although the album was pulled from the streaming service, fans are convinced that Cyrus recorded the tracks under an assumed name, prompting heated discussion on social media. Some fans are speculating that the album might contain Cyrus’ demos or unreleased tracks, while others suggest that the album is the work of an incredible soundalike. Cyrus herself has yet to comment on the Clara Pierce mystery.

According to Rolling Stone, songwriting credit on all but one of the tracks on the album are listed as Willian Cordeiro, with one song, “I Don’t Wanna Tell You Lies,” credited to Clara Pierce. Although the album was removed from Spotify, fans have already downloaded and saved the tracks. Some fans have even renamed the tracks under Cyrus’ name in anticipation of the album’s possible re-release. Until Cyrus addresses the Clara Pierce mystery, fans will continue to speculate about the true identity of the artist behind the album.
