Legendary rock band Aerosmith has announced its final tour, ‘Peace Out,’ which will include 40 stops across North America, including a performance in Montreal on January 26. The band, which has been rocking stages for over 50 years, will kick off their farewell tour on September 2 in Philadelphia, before concluding the tour in their hometown of Boston on New Year’s Eve.

According to guitarist Joe Perry, the band learned from their recent Las Vegas residency shows and believes it is time to say goodbye. All founding members of the band are now over the age of 70, with frontman Steven Tyler being the oldest at 75.

Aerosmith has sold over 150 million albums worldwide and is known for hit songs such as “Dream On,” “Walk This Way,” and “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing.” The band has had a significant influence on rock music and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The tour will feature the band’s greatest hits and is expected to be an emotional goodbye for both the band and their fans. “We want to go out with a bang,” said Perry. “We want to say thank you to all our fans who have supported us throughout the years.” The tour will also include a variety of special guests, which have yet to be announced.

Aerosmith’s final tour is a bittersweet moment for their devoted fans, who will have one last chance to see the legendary band perform live. As the band bids farewell, their legacy in rock music will continue to inspire future generations.
