Madeline Merlo, the award-winning Canadian country singer, has married her Nashville attorney beau, Chase Fann, in a romantic garden-themed ceremony. The couple exchanged vows at Long Hollow Gardens, a plant nursery in Gallatin, Tennessee, surrounded by 200 of their closest family and friends. The whimsical naturesque wedding featured Merlo walking down the aisle in a Madison James designed dress to the tune of Tyler Childers’ “Lady May.” Meanwhile, guests signed personalized records for the couple’s record player which served as the guest book.
The reception showcased a mix of Canadian and southern influences, with a bar stocked with Canadian beer and southern comfort food. The bass player’s band played the reception, adding an extra special touch. An after-party followed at Tin Roof, the live music bar where the couple originally met.
Merlo, who has been selected as one of Amazon Music’s “Artist to Watch for 2023,” changed into a mini white dress featuring bedazzled straps for the after-party. She paired the dress with rhinestone cowboy boots in true country pop fashion.
The couple got engaged in April 2022, two years after they met in 2020. Merlo and Fann exchanged custom rings by Bespoke X BTM during the ceremony. The wedding featured a mix of Canadian and Nashville influences to pay tribute to the couple’s roots. The newlyweds have been receiving an outpouring of love from fans and fellow artists alike, congratulating them on their special day.
Merlo and Fann, who tied the knot on April 22, are looking forward to their future together as husband and wife.
