Fujifilm Canada has pledged to support the Canadian Print Scholarships at the Graphics Canada Expo by making a donation to the scholarship fund every time a visitor badge is scanned at their booth during the event. The donation initiative will run from May 11 to 13, 2023, at the Toronto International Centre. The Graphics Canada Expo is an opportunity for professionals in the printing and graphics communications industry to network, exchange ideas, and showcase the latest technologies and trends.
Mike Collinge, Chair of the Canadian Printing Industries Scholarship Trust Fund, expressed his gratitude for Fujifilm Canada’s longstanding support of the scholarship fund, stating that many graphics communications students have benefited from their commitment. He added that the fundraising initiative will help the fund meet its goals for 2023.
Monica Dionne, Business Manager of Sales and Marketing at Fujifilm Canada, said that the company is pleased to support the scholarship fund and recognizes the importance of attracting young people to the industry and supporting their studies. She encourages visitors to their booth to have their visitor badge scanned to contribute to the fund.
The Canadian Print Scholarships will also have a booth at the expo, located at Booth #5674. The scholarship fund provides financial assistance to students pursuing a career in the printing industry, including graphic communications, packaging, and digital imaging. With the support of companies like Fujifilm Canada, the scholarship fund can continue to help students achieve their educational and career goals in the printing industry.
